3. Credit card will be billed as "CCBILL LLC" or " Epoch EU".
4. The administrators of this site reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual and/or cancel a membership.
5. Citizens of former USSR and Eastern European countries are not allowed to subscribe to RussianGuysFeet.Com. In case of violation of this term the account will be blocked.
6. Members with a history of refunded or charged back transactions will be denied access.
7. Memberships may not be assigned or transferred. Sharing or distributing username and password information will result in immediate suspension of services and permanent blacklisting from all our sites.
8. Any communication regarding a refund or transaction reversal must be made to RussianGuysFeet.Com support, FIRST. Inquiring about, requesting or receiving any transaction reversal, refund or charge-back from the payment processor, credit card, bank, or any other entity other than RussianGuysFeet.Com without first contacting RussianGuysFeet.Com about your issue is strictly prohibited and will constitute fraud and an intentional breach of this Terms, for which RussianGuysFeet.Com will pursue full legal remedies.
9. Members are responsible for providing the administrators with immediate notification of any breach of security in relation to their username and password.
10. Access Restrictions: Access privilege to the Message Boards and LiveChat features may be restricted or revoked at the discretion of the site administrators.
11. Access Restrictions: Trial membership owners during trial period can only stream videos! After trial is expired and converted in to basic membership you will be able to download videos as well.
12. Free access to BONUS sites content may end or be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.
13. Download Restrictions:
• You may download up to 8 Gigabytes from the members area PER 24 hours. When this limit is exceeded, subsequent requests are refused and access will be restored after 24 hours. TRIAL MEMBERS can download up to 800 Megabytes from the members area PER DAY. When this limit is exceeded, subsequent requests are refused and access will be restored after 24 hours;
• All downloads are monitored and logged. Duplicate downloads of files from the members area will result in termination of services;
• Download software which facilitate bandwidth abuse may be denied access at the discretion of the site administrators;
• Using of anonymizing software is prohibited;
• The use of "site copier" software is strictly prohibited.
14. Posting of any personal contact information and/or links (including but not limited to telephone numbers, email addresses, messenger IDs, and URLs) on interactive areas of the site such as Message Boards and Live Chats, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will cause permanent blacklisting from all our sites!
15. Members are responsible for providing all personal computer, communications equipment, and any other equipment necessary to gain access to the web site. WebTV users may experience incompatibility with a few of the site features, but the majority will still be available.
16. Members agree to indemnify and hold without harm RussianGuysFeet.Com, its employees, agents, directors, and other Members from any and all claims, damages, expenses (including attorneys fees) and liabilities resultant from any and all use of the Members account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

This site, including any content or information contained within it or any site-related service, is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. None of Images or videos can be copied or used without written permission of RussianGuysFeet.Com. Any illegal distribution will be prosecuted by USA and EU law.
18. Members assume total responsibility and risk for use of this site and site-related services.
19. Promo membership to RussianGuysFeet.com automatically blocked when main membership purchased with RuTwinks.com / TwinkMix.com expires. Promo membership doesn't allow to access PirrerHouse.com site
20. You have to cancel recurring billing of "Discounted membership" to PirrerHouse.com when you cancel main membership purchased with RussianGuysFeet.com otherwise it will be blocked when main membership expires
